In West Fort Worth, this backyard was entirely overhauled from the stainless steel double entry gate to the top tier retaining wall.

Chocolate lueders stone coping wraps the re-faced plaster pool with water flowing through a two-tiered spillway above.Huge concrete deck pavers outlined with grass in-between give a contemporary feel while also allowing necessary movement on the backyard hillside. In the northwest corner, you'll find feature filled cabana with every amenity one could wish for- electric heating, integrated mist cooling, speakers throughout the entire backyard, TV, fireplace, bathroom and an extensive BBQ station.

A stunning view for these homeowners to look out to every single day!

A glass bridge connects the original home (on the right) to the new pool cabana. The cabana features glass walls that slide open to create a massive indoor/outdoor entertaining area around the newly built black granite infinity-edge pool. An open walkway on the far side of the pool also connects the original and new structures.

A closer look at the glass bridge illustrates a dramatic structure made with thick layers of tempered glass to provide structural integrity while also allowing a clear view to watch a stream flow below. Matching glass panels provide cover above the bridge while allowing an unobstructed view.

This modern design, covered back deck is the new favorite hang-out spot for the homeowners to enjoy their expansive views. Great durability was achieved with the steel frame & trellis as well as the composite decking below. Built-in BBQ area and spa complete the space.

Willow Park Transformation

An old pool storage shed was completely overhauled and added onto with an art studio above. His space below has much more storage capacity and is more accessible than before with an overhead garage door allowing him to ride his lawnmower directly inside. Her art space above is complete with a full bath, large island and counter space, sitting room, plenty of canvas storing cabinetry and large windows throughout allowing expansive views of the surrounding greenery.

Mont Del Modern

Adding approximately one thousand square feet in the form of living space and an informal dining area added significant value for these homeowners. Exposed steel beams, concrete surfaces and clean lines complimented the contemporary house design, but desired warmth was still achieved with wood floors and a hand scrapped table top.

Glass Bridge

Located on a beautiful lot in Westover Hills, the goal of this midcentury-style remodel, other than adding square footage, was to include indoor-outdoor feel amenities for the entire family. One being a glass bridge cantilevering over a bubbling brook below. At night the serpentine light feature illuminates this space.

Raising the ceiling twelve inches and incorporating light colored cabinetry brought this now lofty kitchen to life. To top the look off, under-counter and upper cabinet led illumination were added and is all fully programmable to achieve the exact brightness desired.

A large galley kitchen gets a complete facelift with everything new except the cabinet boxes. The picture windows in the adjacent breakfast room allow generous amounts of sunlight to bathe the entire space.

Opening up spaces is the new trend and this kitchen remodel followed suit. We removed a large partition wall that transformed this once crowded kitchen and also allowed for a larger island. Topping the island is a beautiful, three inch thick walnut butcher block that adds weight and warmth to the room. Custom stainless vent hood, marble countertops and illuminated cabinets finish out this space.

Form and function come together in this authentic French style kitchen featuring concrete counter tops, a brick back-splash, a vent hood and butcher block island made of stone, and oak timbers running the length of the ceiling.
