In 1973, Bill Bettis began a construction company that
went to work renovating vintage homes in the established neighborhoods
of Fort Worth. It didn't take long for this honest, hard working
graduate of Texas A&M University to build a loyal clientele that
came strictly from referrals.
As a natural progression, Bill began building custom homes, and today,
his average home ranges from $300,000 to $1 million. Remodeling and
renovations are still an important part of his business, and great
effort is always made to insure that any new addition looks as if
it has always been a part of the existing home.
Bill enjoys collaborating with many different designers and architects.
He relies on good suppliers and subcontractors to provide quality
materials and proven workmanship. And he strives to hire and keep
skilled craftsmen on his staff. He brings all of these individuals
together as a team to provide his customers with an enjoyable process
that produces spectacular results.
One particular point of pride for Bill is the division of his company
that does all of their own wood and millwork. This in-house group
was developed in response to the need for quality cabinets that could
be delivered in a timely fashion. Over the years, it has become one
of the most unique factors of his business, providing custom woodworking
that is furniture quality.
Bill is a member of a variety of prominent trade organizations and
is also certified by several builder associations. In 2001, he
received an annual Merit Award from the American Institute of Architects. |
